I would like to introduce you to Joulie Fox London based singer and producer and her new single
In 2018 she debuted with her single "Wild Heart" which was officially featured on 'Love Island Show' on ITV, and after a few months, she came back with "Oops I am Dead", the second single that made her longlisted for the biggest festival in Europe - Glastonbury 2021. Joulie Fox writes and produces in London where she found her place 5 years ago. In 2019 she played two major festivals Nos Alive! in Portugal and Soundrive Festival in Gdańsk. We're currently working on her autumn tour (including Enea Spring Break festival, Multi Art Festival, and a few club shows).
About the song:
'Fire in My Lungs' is a wake-up call and a story about finding freedom from fear of not being able to meet other people's expectations. It's a story about dealing with constant pressure and finally breaking free from it.
"I realised there will always be someone telling me how to live my life. And I found my freedom. I don't have to please everyone because this is probably the only life I live here on earth and I wanna live it on my terms. "
The song was written one night on a ferry from Dover to Calais, then waited in a drawer for 3 years to find it's own final shape in 2020. Music video was shot in small Italian city Chioggia. Directed by: Joulie Fox, Video production: Kamil Kuźmiak.

“A sinister electro behemoth that feels like it’s dripping down the walls. Bonus points for not having a clearly defined chorus, just this sense of one big, ever growing slab of melody.” Michael Cragg - The Guardian
