NEW SINGLE FROM THUNDERMOTHER "Da Igual"
High energy, wild riffs and a sturdy groove straight from the 70’s – In 2018, Thundermother came back with a new album that struck down as a musical punch in the face loaded with pure thunder! The album delivered smokin' hits such as "Whatever", "We fight for Rock 'N' Roll" and the band's first ballad ever, "Fire in the Rain".
Almost a year after their album release, the band will go on their third sold-out headliner tour in Europe. But before that, the band wants to deliver a surprise, not least for their Hispanic fans! February 15th Thundermother release their new single "Da Igual", which is a Spanish version of the hit single "Whatever".
"We wanted to do something different and since Guernica speaks Spanish we thought it would be a great idea to record a song in Spanish for our Hispanic fans. And "Whatever" is not only one of the singles from the new album but also one of our favourites on it as well. So with a little help from our friends, we were able to translate it and make it into reality. We love the fact that we can translate our songs as lots of artists used to do back in the days, and now can show our Hispanic fans some extra love! Plain and simple, we could so we did!" - Thundermother
Thundermother has played several tours around the world and played together with band such as W.A.S.P, Michael Monroe, D-A-D, Danko Jones. After their latest album release, the band as accomplished two sold-out headline tours and has played almost continuously on major stages around the world since, including Wacken Open Air, Graspop Metal Meeting, Kiss Kruise VII, Sabaton Open Air, Orange Festival, and the touring isn't over!
