The new single from Dig Lazarus - out on Friday
Described as “Queens of the Stone Age meets Blink 182”, Dig Lazarus are an exciting new rock band from Nuneaton, UK. With upbeat, catchy, harmony-driven choruses nestled between heavy balls-out riffs, their sound packs a punch whilst remaining fun, accessible and fresh.
Having met at college, Ash Tustain (Vocals, Guitar), Atticus Hall-McNair (Bass, Backing Vocals) and Jack Cotterill (Drums) formed an instant connection and have spent the past few years honing their surf-meets-stoner-meets-grunge-rock sound in venues across the country supporting the likes of The Virginmarys and The Brew, as well as international acts such as Idlewar.
Their previous single “Tell Me Why" scored airtime on Kerrang! Radio, BBC Radio Leicester and has been playlisted by over 100 stations (and counting) internationally!
With a brand new EP set for release on 31st May 2019 backed by shows across the UK, including an appearance at Camden Rocks Festival, look out for this breath of fresh air hitting a venue near you very soon!
On The Joker, Ash Tustain says: "The song was written about a relationship that no one wants; the story of the relationship breaking down. It's a subject most people can relate to and has become a fan-favourite in our live set. We are stoked to release it as our next single so now everyone can hear it!”
